Víctor Alcalde

With more than 12 years of experience in the sector, Victor Alcalde began his career as a promoter at the age of 22 in Sala La Riviera with his brand Boutique, and later in Shoko Madrid or Club03 a Sunday session in the famous venue, Maxime.

He has led the project Sonora Barcelona (now Input club) and Sonora Madrid. With the Sonora Bilbao brand he won the Music Vicious Award 2018 for "Best Club in Spain for less than 500 people".

With his agency Sasuhvi Bookings, he has worked with artists such as Mariano Mateljan, Alexis Cabrera, Ilario Liburni, Óscar L, Tripmastaz, Javier Carballo, Danny Serrano, André Butano etc, He was also Label Manager and booker of Studio 76 making a big event in off week with artists of the likes of Charlotte de Witte.
He currently leads Underwater Events, an international brand of events and advanced electronic music agency where the sensory factor is at the center of the experience. With venues in Madrid, Malaga, Ibiza and Portugal (festival for 4000 people) Underwater has worked with artists such as John Digweed, Hernan Cattaneo, Guy J, Sebastien Leger, Déborah de Luca, Rodríguez Jr, Brina Knauss, Fedele, Henry Saiz or Mariano Mellino etc.
He is also in charge of the artist booking of the new blue Marlin Ibiza Sky Lounge in Gran Canarias and does bookings in the famous blue Marlin Ibiza for artists such as: Shimza or Glowal.
In short, Victor is always linked to the team, leadership and management.

Carla Luq

With more than 8 years of experience in the music industry, Carla is in charge of coordinating the different departments of Underwater. 

An expert in marketing and communication for artists and music brands, she has worked as a visible face, developing and implementing strategies for brands such as Techno Troll, Loca FM, Vicious Magazine, &Dance, Spot, Philip Morris or Primavera Pro. 

At the same time, she has shared her knowledge as a teacher at SAE Institute, where she gives masterclasses on digital marketing and at the Universidad Rey Juan Carlos, as a speaker for the Jornadas de la Ciencia de la Comunidad de Madrid. You can also see her on her social networks giving a tip or behind the decks. 

She currently heads The BeaHub, a marketing and communication agency specializing in the music industry and is in charge of coordinating all the Underwater projects and team.  

Abraham Martinez Hernandez

His first encounter with music was in Washington DC when he was introduced to Internationally-known cellist and composer Tanya Anisimova, pushing him to take up the cello, an instrument he began to play at the age of 7. After moving to Costa Rica with his family he enrolled in the National Costa Rican Conservatory where he formed part of the national orchestra, it was here that he developed his affinity for music creation, and graduated from this institution in music studies.
He later moved to Mexico City where he continued his education at the National Conservatory. Later in Cholula, Puebla where he enrolled at the UDLAP University to study Multicultural Relations-Law. In 2010 he moved to Barcelona, Spain to pursue a dual degree in Audio Engineering and Music Business. At the same time he created apeabe productions, originally a record label that functioned as a platform for his productions.

Julián Movilla

Julián Movilla has amassed an impressive track record in the Music Industry, with over 5 years of experience that have propelled him towards a future defined by success and innovation in the dynamic realms of music and journalism.

His journey began as a public relations specialist at LAB for Crow and Nox, where he quickly established himself as a valuable asset. At the young age of 18, Julián ventured into the world of DJing and went on to create his own distinctive brand of events, aptly named Restless. Through his role as a promoter, he forged collaborations with esteemed clubs such as Goya Social Club, Specka, and Agua Bendita, while also organizing highly successful events for renowned brands like Linkers. These experiences not only deepened his understanding of the music industry but also provided him with invaluable insights.

Seeking new avenues for growth, Julián joined the esteemed Underwater organization, initially serving as a press officer. However, his talent and dedication propelled him swiftly up the ranks, eventually assuming the position of Booker. In this capacity, he played a pivotal role in shaping the brand's musical direction, offering invaluable advice and guidance based on his expertise.

In the past year, Movilla's artistic growth has been nothing short of remarkable. As a resident DJ at the prestigious Puente Romano in Marbella, he has had the opportunity to showcase his talent at renowned venues such as La Suite, the Chiringuito of Puente Romano, Supperclub, and La Plaza. Building upon this extensive experience, he has also ventured into artist management, utilizing his expertise as a booker to nurture and guide emerging talents.
