Cuban born Khenya is fulfilling her dream as a DJ since making Ibiza her home in 2010 and is most recognised as resident at Blue Marlin Ibiza.
With a passion for music from a young age, Khenya previously had studied percussion & travelled through Italy with her band, on vocals & playing bongos. With rhythm in her veins and a growing love of electronic music, once in Ibiza she honed her craft as a DJ, pouring her unique energy into her eclectic sets.
Developing her own musical taste from her lifelong passion for music, her influences combine percussive beats with Afro house, indie, melodic and deep house sounds. Khenya has been gracing the decks in the Ibiza electronic music scene playing along house hold names such as Black Coffee, Dixon, Pete Tong, Blond:ish and many more.
Ahead of the 2024 summer season, Khenya is focusing on her own productions, with the first three tracks scheduled for release on Ulu Records
